Empire state Electromechanical has developed a Health & Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) to demonstrate its commitment within the organization and more importantly to integrate HSE into the business to ensure the safety and welfare of its employees, contractors, clients and the society.
The system is applied in all contracts and is intended to contribute and to enhance project performance.
The HSEMS ensures compliance with company procedures and to provide safety orientation and training of all personnel prior to commencement of work on site. The purpose of the system is to establish an efficient and disciplined organization that is responsible and accountable for all aspects of related works.
Professional expertise is emphasized in safety supervision and tool box talks and conducting daily and weekly safety meetings to ensure all preventive measures are being strictly applied.
Specific Project related HSE Plans are developed on award of projects and risk assessments are carried out prior to the commencement of each activity to eliminate potential hazards.
