Empire state Electromechanical has developed a Health & Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) to demonstrate its commitment within the organization and more importantly to integrate HSE into the business to ensure the safety and welfare of its employees, contractors, clients and the society.

The system is applied in all contracts and is intended to contribute and to enhance project performance.

The HSEMS ensures compliance with company procedures and to provide safety orientation and training of all personnel prior to commencement of work on site. The purpose of the system is to establish an efficient and disciplined organization that is responsible and accountable for all aspects of related works.

Professional expertise is emphasized in safety supervision and tool box talks and conducting daily and weekly safety meetings to ensure all preventive measures are being strictly applied.

Specific Project related HSE Plans are developed on award of projects and risk assessments are carried out prior to the commencement of each activity to eliminate potential hazards.

Empire State Electromechanical has an enthusiastic commitment towards quality management and procedures in tandem with promoting the concept of turnkey execution of projects as an effective tool to hasten the pace of multi disciplinary MEP projects for both Design and Contracting activities.

All company activities both office and site based are strictly in compliance to ISO standard requirements. The project quality plans are developed and customized to incorporate specific project requirements and challenges. Checklists and continuous random inspections are used to verify that work exceeds contract requirements. All operations are being subjected to the company internal Quality Assurance (QA) audits to ensure that the services provided are fully in compliance with the Quality Management System requirements.
